Duties:

  • Handle a variety of transactional legal matters, including:

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution

  • Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar

  • Proven ability to analyze, research, and draft legal documents

  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills

  • Capable of managing multiple cases and deadlines

  • High ethical standards with a strong commitment to confidentiality

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in networking or client development is advantageous

Education:

  • J.D. degree required
