Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate with at least two years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A to join their San Francisco, CA office.

Duties

  • Assist in managing energy and infrastructure project finance transactions.
  • Collaborate on tax equity and M&A deals.
  • Work closely with a global team of attorneys.
  • Provide legal support and advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, and M&A.
  • Member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
