Duties:

  • Serve as a key associate on mergers and acquisitions transactions
  • Draft definitive transaction agreements for public and private company deals
  • Assist in managing all aspects of strategic transactions, including:
    • Due diligence processes
    • Disclosure letters
    • Coordinating with subject matter experts
  • Provide legal support in client relationship management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless deal execution

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or strategic transactions
  • Strong track record of managing M&A deals, including drafting transaction documents
  • Ability to handle complex, time-sensitive transactions with multiple stakeholders

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Bar of the state where the candidate will be based (New York, California, or Washington) or eligibility for admission
