Duties

• Manage case files independently with mentorship.
• Conduct depositions and draft dispositive motions.
• Engage in expert discovery and client interaction.
• Participate in trial experiences within the first two years.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar in good standing or post-bar pending admission.
• Proactive with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
