Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Hospitality and Leisure Associate to join their Phoenix, AZ office. The successful candidate will become a key member of a nationally recognized practice, working alongside industry-leading partners and associates in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Work on matters across the globe.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and hotel management agreements.
• Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents.
• Manage deal closings from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of legal experience in real estate or transactional work.
• Previous law firm experience preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
