• Work closely with expert witnesses, including physicians, throughout case preparation

• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing case materials

• Maintain case files and ensure clear communication with clients

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the New York Bar

• 3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
