A law firm seeks a full-time Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Teaneck, NJ, to join their legal support team and contribute to the growth and success of their expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing client needs and case organization.

Duties

• Assist clients with a strong desire to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Maintain strong writing, organizational, and computer skills.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies in legal practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in New Jersey personal injury civil litigation.
• Admission to NJ Bar (NY Bar admission is a plus).
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility.
• Experience in medical malpractice and/or product liability.
• Proven track record in managing catastrophic and serious injury cases.
• Federal court experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility.

Skills

• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Second language skills are a plus.
