This role involves preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, while providing comprehensive legal support to clients and collaborating with legal and administrative teams. Duties

  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

  • Develop asset distribution strategies tailored to client needs

  • Provide legal representation in probate and related proceedings

  • Conduct legal research and negotiate on behalf of clients

  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and case records

  • Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in estate planning preferred

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
