Job Overview

A law firm seeks a California-licensed Litigation Attorney for its Menlo Park office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in commercial and general liability litigation. Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage discovery and written depositions.
• Analyze professional liability coverage.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in general liability matters.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.
