Duties

• Independently manage case files.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in construction defect litigation.
• Comfortable with depositions and trial preparation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
