Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Texas, California, Georgia, or Nevada with 3-7 years of bankruptcy law experience. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on complex bankruptcy matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Duties

  • Handle bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 proceedings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bankruptcy law experience required.
  • Bar admission in Texas, California, Georgia, or Nevada.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Litigation experience is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one specified state.
