Partner-level Litigator

A law firm in Baltimore is seeking an accomplished Partner-level Litigator to play a pivotal role in managing complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes. The ideal candidate should bring substantial relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and a portable business.

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases and related strategic disputes.
• Manage and lead legal teams effectively.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Litigator, preferably at the Partner level.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead legal teams.
• Portable business is a requirement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar.
