Duties:

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in complex commercial litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation topics

• Represent clients in court proceedings and manage case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Prepare witnesses and take depositions

• Manage multiple litigation matters and deadlines with minimal supervision

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality legal representation

• Support trial preparation and participate in trial teams as needed

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of substantive litigation experience

• Complex commercial litigation experience required

• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the Texas Bar

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling commercial disputes, preferably in large-scale or multi-party matters

• Judicial clerks with litigation experience are encouraged to apply

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited and highly regarded law school

• Consistently strong academic performance

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-volume caseloads

• Ability to engage with clients professionally and effectively
