Duties

• Draft motions, responses, declarations, and other legal documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Make court appearances in family law cases.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in family law or litigation preferred; new admits considered.
• Member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• Experience with tracking billable time is advantageous.
• Ability to manage assigned caseload and client interactions.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
