Duties:

• Handle all aspects of the litigation and post-judgment process in commercial collections

• Review legal documents and prepare filings

• Make suitable decisions based on case evaluation

• Collaborate with litigation and collections teams

• Communicate effectively with consumers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

• Appear in court when necessary

• Enforce judgments and manage post-judgment procedures

• Assist with process improvement and interdepartmental collaboration

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California

• Demonstrated familiarity with litigation procedures from case initiation to enforcement

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven legal environment

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• A customer service or collections background is advantageous

• Bar admission in additional states, such as NV, AZ, CO, or NM, is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing with the California State Bar

• Additional Bar memberships (preferred): Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico
