Trial Attorney - Personal Injury

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join its San Diego, CA office full-time. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of auto, premises, and dog bite injury cases through all litigation phases, including discovery, depositions, mediation, motions, and trial.

Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Prepare and argue motions and other court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of trial experience in personal injury law.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work proactively and think critically.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
