Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience to join its Workers' Compensation Department in Roseland, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of workers' compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex cases.

Duties

  • Litigate workers' compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and other complex issues.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers' compensation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar of New Jersey.
