Duties:
Advise clients on a wide range of business immigration matters, including:
Nonimmigrant visa categories: E-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1
Immigrant petitions: EB-1, EB-2, EB-3
Adjustment of status and related immigration processes
Develop and implement strategic immigration plans for corporate clients
Counsel clients on risk mitigation and compliance with U.S. immigration laws
Monitor and interpret changes in immigration policy and regulatory updates
Collaborate with cross-practice teams to offer holistic legal solutions
Serve as a mentor to junior attorneys and legal staff
Lead business development initiatives by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities
Support firm growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business immigration law
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of corporate immigration clients
