Duties

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience.
• Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Successful completion of the bar exam.
• Member in good standing with the American Bar Association.

Skills

• Prepared to learn from senior attorneys.
• Ability to meet client needs and grow the client base.
