Associate Trial Attorney

A law firm seeks a seasoned trial advocate to bolster its litigation group in Seattle, WA, on a hybrid schedule.

Duties

• Lead all phases of dispute resolution, from fact-gathering through trial preparation

• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and shape courtroom strategy

• Serve in first- or second-chair capacities alongside senior trial attorneys in high-profile matters

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to build compelling case presentations

• Mentor less-experienced team members and contribute to a dynamic, trial-centric culture

Requirements

• 4–7 years of substantive civil litigation experience, with courtroom roles preferred

• Ability to thrive under pressure and make strategic decisions in real time

• Proven dedication to vigorous client representation and outcome-focused advocacy

• Active, in-good-standing membership with the Washington State Bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Washington State Bar admission
