A law firm seeks a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney in Rochester, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning and administration, working directly with clients to draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Duties

• Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks.
• Complete estate tax analysis and trust funding.
• Prepare and file gift and estate tax returns.
• Guide clients through trust and estate administration.
• Establish estate and succession plans for farmers and business owners.
• Attend court proceedings as needed.
• Advise on retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance.
• Organize and maintain client files.
• Discuss asset distribution plans with clients.
• Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in estate planning and administration.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
• Licensed in the State of Minnesota.
• Understanding of real estate matters and litigation.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• Active member of the American Bar Association.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
