Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in asset-based finance, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Experience with loan transactions and documentation.
• Interest in transactions involving aircraft, railcars, and other assets.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, New York.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to obtain it.

Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
