Duties

• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; take and defend depositions; attend trials.
• Provide legal advice on insurance coverage, policy interpretation, and claims handling.
• Strategize and evaluate cases under shareholder supervision.
• Negotiate cases and communicate with clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business litigation and insurance coverage.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day case activities efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
