Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a criminal law senior associate attorney/junior partner with 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. The candidate will represent clients in various criminal law matters, including domestic violence, assault, drug charges, juvenile crimes, white collar crimes, and misdemeanor offenses. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus. Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar association.
