Milwaukee office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 10 years of experience in drafting and negotiating the full range of patent and/or software licensing agreements. The candidate will be drafting and negotiating software and SaaS licenses; drafting and negotiating software development and joint development agreements; drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech licenses; drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech development, manufacturing, and commercialization agreements. USPTO admission is strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials. Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change is required. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is needed. Should have the ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team. Must have the ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Should have the ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Ability and confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions are required. Agility to respond to unexpected challenges, including proactively developing innovative solutions to complex problems while maintaining a professional demeanor, is needed. Must have the ability to maintain composure and demonstrate good judgment.
