Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload involving insurance defense matters

• Draft reports and correspondence to clients and carriers

• Participate in court appearances (virtual and in-person)

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Collaborate with partners and litigation support teams on trial strategy

• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

• Maintain compliance with firm reporting and billing requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance defense or related civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases with minimal supervision

• Strong interest in trial advocacy and client development

• Willingness to learn new practice areas as needed

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
