  • Conduct key litigation activities, including depositions, drafting motions, and leading mediations.
  • Advocate in trials, serving as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
  • Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage with clients and team members.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama.

Skills

  • Strong legal acumen and understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Proficient in conducting depositions and drafting legal documents.
