Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group, specifically within the structured finance subgroup. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters, with a proven track record of advising clients on complex transactions. Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions
• Draft, negotiate, and review financial agreements and related documentation
• Provide strategic legal counsel on regulatory issues affecting structured finance markets
• Manage and foster client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and success
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on complex issues
• Collaborate with senior partners and team members on high-profile transactions
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, supporting their professional development
• Support business development efforts, including networking and client outreach
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services, meeting deadlines and client expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions
• Experience at a leading law firm, preferably within the AmLaw 100
• Proven track record in managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and persuasively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction.
