Job Overview

Duties

• Review loan files for mortgage and mezzanine loans.
• Conduct due diligence related to commercial real estate financings.
• Examine loan documents, opinions, leases, title policies, and surveys.
• Identify and address potential issues in loan documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Proven track record in representing lenders.
• Strong attention to detail and issue-spotting skills.
• Understanding of loans secured by various commercial real estate asset classes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
