Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level Asset Management Associate with experience in sponsor or lender side finance. The position is available in New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. Duties

  • Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings.

Requirements

  • Experience at a peer firm representing lenders or borrowers.
  • Proven track record in handling complex financial transactions.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant state.
