Duties

• Conduct depositions and manage case proceedings independently.

Requirements

• Four to six years of law firm experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Active California bar membership.
• Class action/PAGA experience strongly preferred.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
