Duties

• Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and mediation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• 1-5 years of family law or litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Highly organized and able to manage deadlines independently.

Education
