Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate to join its Finance and Real Estate practice in New York. Duties

• Engage in the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse experience preferred; general ABS warehouse experience considered.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
