Duties:

  • Assist in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case initiation through trial.

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant documents and evidence.

  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.

  • Assist with settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in personal injury law and legal procedures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in conducting legal research and using legal databases.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
