Duties

• Advise healthcare entities on billing and reimbursement matters.
• Guide clients on enrollment and claims submission processes.
• Ensure compliance with Stark, kickback, and fraud and abuse laws.
• Structure business relationships for legal compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare billing and reimbursement.
• Proven track record with healthcare entities like hospitals and AMCs.
• Experience with private payors is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and VA/Tricare.
• Knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
