Duties

Requirements

  • Experience with private payors is advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant state.

  • Knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act.
