A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled Trademark Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trademark litigation cases in federal court, demonstrating proficiency in various legal processes, and possessing strong academic credentials.

Duties:

• Handle trademark litigation cases in federal court.
• Prepare pleadings, review evidence, and engage in motion practice.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes and assist in settlement negotiations.
• Attend hearings and represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on trademark-related matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Bar of the highest court of any state of the United States or of the District of Columbia.
• Strong academic credentials with a focus on trademark law.

Certifications:

Membership in relevant legal associations or certification in trademark law is a plus.
