Duties

• Analyze insurance policies and provide legal advice on coverage matters.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation and negotiation.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and opinions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance law.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines and client needs are met.
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice.
• Support team members with case development and strategy.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage or litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.
