Labor and Employment Associate (OSHA)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with OSHA experience to join its practice group in California. The position is open to candidates with at least two years of relevant experience, with opportunities for more senior roles based on experience.

Duties

• Handle OSHA litigation matters in California, Arizona, and/or Nevada.
• Manage Federal OSHA litigation, including inspection procedures and citation contests.
• Conduct discovery and apply knowledge of OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of OSHA litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership.

Skills

• Proficiency in OSHA litigation and procedural rules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
