Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation across the country.
  • Provide advice on employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.
  • Handle wage and hour compliance and leave of absence matters.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide general employment counseling.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in employment-related litigation.
  • Active membership in the Georgia bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Skills

  • Strong litigation and trial skills.
  • Excellent advisory and counseling abilities.
  • Proficient in handling complex employment law matters.
