Associate Attorney needed for Minneapolis office

Duties:

• Handle numerous court appearances for all stages of litigation, from pre-trial motions to trial.

• Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.

• Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.

• Oversee and manage office staff involved in case preparation and administration.

• Maintain detailed case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance subrogation or auto law.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Minnesota Bar (or eligibility to practice law in Minnesota).

Skills:

• Proficient in litigation, including court appearances and settlement negotiations.

• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.

• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
