Duties

• Advise insurers on coverage issues and disputes.
• Draft coverage opinions and position letters.
• Manage pre-suit and litigated insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and contract analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage law.
• Proven skills in contract analysis and legal writing.
• Experience in litigation management.
• A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
