Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation or insurance defense

  • Proficiency in taking/defending depositions, drafting discovery documents, preparing motions, and presenting oral arguments

  • Demonstrated legal writing ability and analytical thinking

  • Strong time management, case organization, and attention to procedural details

  • Self-driven work ethic and professional accountability

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (Admission in additional jurisdictions, such as New Jersey or Delaware, is advantageous)
