This full-time position offers flexibility, including the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid environment. The firm is looking for a dedicated litigator with 3+ years of family law experience, particularly in high-conflict divorce and custody cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy skills and the ability to manage a large caseload while providing compassionate client care.

Location:

  • Westborough, Massachusetts

Duties:

  • Serve as the lead attorney on high-conflict divorce and custody cases

  • Manage litigation from the filing of the case through final judgment

  • Guide clients through the resolution process, including trial if necessary

  • Collaborate with a mission-driven and supportive team of professionals

  • Work within a structured firm that offers mentorship without micromanagement

  • Handle 35-45 active cases with strategic direction

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing (Required)

  • 3+ years of family law litigation experience in divorce and custody cases (Required)

  • Experience managing at least 30-50 cases as lead attorney (Required)

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills (Required)

  • Reliable transportation to appear in court in several Massachusetts counties (Required)

  • Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to manage high-conflict situations (Required)

  • Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining quality work and client service (Required)

  • A growth mindset and desire for professional development (Required)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (Required)
