Location:

  • Westborough, Massachusetts

Duties:

  • Advise and counsel clients on legal options and recommended strategies

  • Represent clients in court hearings and argue motions during proceedings

  • Develop case strategies tailored to high-conflict family law issues

  • Draft and file pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents

  • Conduct legal research related to complex family law and custody issues

  • Navigate sensitive matters such as abuse, manipulation, and parental alienation

  • Collaborate with legal support team and contribute to a culture of continual learning and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of family law litigation experience

  • Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle high-stakes, emotional cases

  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and emotionally intense practice area

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

  • Strong research, drafting, and litigation strategy capabilities
