Job Overview

Duties

• Represent employers in local, state, and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

• Prepare litigation documents such as complaints, answers, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to interpret complex legal concepts.
• Communicate complex legal concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the Oregon bar or eligible for prompt admission.
