Job Overview
A law firm seeks a litigation-focused associate with three to six years of experience for its Portland, Oregon office. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Duties

• Represent employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
• Engage in motion practice, discovery, and litigation strategy.
• Provide written and oral advocacy.

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in employment and general litigation.
• Licenses to practice in Oregon and Washington; California license is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Oregon and Washington; California preferred.

Skills

• Strong skills in motion practice, discovery, and litigation strategy.
