Social Security Disability Attorney

Syracuse office of our client seeks a social security disability attorney. The candidate will assist senior attorneys in preparing cases by requesting medical records, getting opinions from physicians, and appellate research. Responsibilities also include conducting client and witness meetings, directing legal assistants in case development, appearing at hearings, and drafting all pre and post-hearing memoranda and administrative appeals.

The candidate must be results-driven and have a passion for helping people.
