Associate Attorney needed for Boca Raton office

A law firm in Boca Raton is actively seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will hold a current license to practice law in Florida, possess excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. The role requires highly developed interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality, with preference given to candidates with a judicial clerkship and mock trial or moot court experience.

Duties:

• Engage in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal teams on case strategy and resolution.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality.
• Judicial clerkship and mock trial or moot court experience is preferred.

Experience:

2-8 years of litigation experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
