Senior Construction Litigation Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Construction Litigation Associate to join its team in Florida, ideally based in Orlando but open to other locations within the state. This role offers an opportunity to engage with a dynamic team involved in litigation, claims analysis, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Duties

• Manage complex construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct claims analysis and risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Engage in dispositive motion practice and court hearings.
• Participate in mediation and arbitration processes.
• Take and defend depositions of key fact and expert witnesses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial or construction litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases through various dispute resolution methods.
• Experience in trial proceedings is advantageous.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
