Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly trademark and trade secrets.
  • Experience in litigation and managing high-stakes cases.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys.
